1. Eligibility & Research Use Only

All products sold on PeptideProCanada.com are intended for laboratory research purposes only.

  • Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or therapeutic use.
  • Products must not be used in food, cosmetics, supplements, or any other consumer product.
  • We sell and ship within Canada only.
  • You must be 21 years or older to access or place an order through this Site.

By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm you meet the age requirement and that you understand and accept the research-only nature of these materials. You agree to handle products in line with applicable laws, safety procedures, and regulations.

PeptidePro Canada is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or any violation of these Terms.

2. Orders, Payment & Shipping

  • All orders are subject to review, acceptance, and verification.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, suspected misuse, regulatory risk, incorrect information, or stock limits).
  • Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared.
  • Prices are shown in CAD and may change at any time. Product availability can change without notice.
  • Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers. PeptidePro Canada is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

3. Limitation of Liability

PeptidePro Canada is not responsible for:

  • Improper use or handling of products;
  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse;
  • Third-party shipping delays, errors, or lost parcels;
  • Loss of data, research outcomes, or experimental results.

All sales are made at the buyer’s risk and discretion. You take full responsibility for safe storage, handling, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Products and access to the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidePro Canada disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

  • If we identify a clear error (for example, in price or availability), we may correct it and cancel or adjust affected orders. If this happens, we will contact you with options.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.

We only consider returns or replacements when:

  • Products arrive damaged, or
  • We send incorrect items in error.

If this happens:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review each case. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.

You are responsible for:

  • Confirming that purchase, possession, transport, and use of products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

PeptidePro Canada makes no representation that any product is permitted, approved, or unregulated in your province, territory, or country. You are solely responsible for confirming the regulatory status of any product you purchase, including any restrictions by Health Canada or other authorities, and for obtaining any required approvals or licenses.
