Shipping & Returns
PeptideProCanada ships orders from Ontario to eligible addresses throughout Canada.
This page explains our processing times, carriers, shipping rates, tracking procedures,
and how delivery or order issues are handled.
This policy applies together with our
Terms & Conditions and
Refund Policy.
If there is any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions control.
Orders are processed and shipped from within Canada.
Free Canadian shipping applies after discounts and before tax.
Tracking details are emailed after the shipping label is created.
Primary carrier: We ship primarily with Purolator.
Canada Post is used for PO boxes, remote destinations, or locations that Purolator
does not service or cannot reasonably deliver to.
1. Shipping Area & Origin
- All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
- We ship only to eligible Canadian addresses, including provinces and territories.
- Orders submitted with a non-Canadian shipping address are not accepted and may be cancelled.
- We do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Completed and paid orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time
will generally ship the same business day. - Orders received after the cutoff will generally ship the next business day.

Same-day shipping is a processing target and is not guaranteed during periods
of unusually high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or holidays. - Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $24.99 CAD.

Free shipping: Orders of $300 CAD or more after discounts
and before tax. -
Any available shipping services or additional charges will be displayed
during checkout where applicable.
4. Carriers & Tracking
- Purolator is our primary shipping carrier for Canadian deliveries.

Canada Post is our backup carrier for PO boxes, remote areas,
and destinations that Purolator does not service or cannot reasonably deliver to. -
Carrier selection is based on the destination address, service availability,
and operational requirements. -
Carrier requests cannot be guaranteed unless a specific carrier option is expressly
offered during checkout. -
Tracking information will be sent by email after the shipping label is created.
Tracking scans may take time to appear in the carrier’s system. - A signature may be required for certain orders at our discretion.
5. PO Boxes & Remote Locations
- Purolator cannot deliver to Canada Post PO boxes.
- Orders addressed to a PO box will normally be shipped with Canada Post.

Canada Post may also be used when a destination is outside Purolator’s regular
service area or when Canada Post provides the more appropriate delivery service. -
Remote-area shipments may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates
are not guaranteed.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address,
including unit, apartment, buzzer, PO box, and postal code information where applicable. -
Address correction requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Changes may not
be possible after an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier. -
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible
delivery information supplied with the order. -
Parcels may be returned to us if the address is incorrect, delivery is refused,
or the shipment is not collected before the carrier’s deadline.
Returned-to-sender reshipment: If a parcel is returned to us,
reshipment may be requested for a flat $25 CAD fee covering return
processing and a new shipping label. Reshipment may not be available in every case.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
Tracking shows “delivered,” but the parcel cannot be located:
- Check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, reception areas, and other delivery locations.
- Confirm that the shipping address on the order confirmation is correct.
- Ask other members of the household, building staff, or reception personnel if applicable.
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number for available delivery details.
Carrier routing, delivery scans, and delivery placement are controlled by the carrier.
We can provide available order and shipment information to assist with carrier follow-up.
Tracking has not updated for an extended period:

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us
with your order number and tracking number. -
We may open a carrier investigation and will review the matter based on the
carrier’s findings and applicable claim process. - A delayed scan does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.
8. Delivery Retrieval
- Customers are responsible for retrieving parcels following delivery or attempted delivery.

This includes parcels delivered to mailrooms, concierge desks, parcel lockers,
community mailboxes, pickup locations, or other authorized receiving areas. -
Customers in controlled-access or shared-delivery buildings should confirm their
receiving procedures before ordering.
9. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Due to product integrity and handling controls, all sales are final.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide the order number.
- Include clear photographs of the shipping package, label, packaging, and contents.
- Keep all packaging and affected items until the review is complete.
Each reported issue is reviewed individually. When appropriate, we may offer a
replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion. Additional
conditions are available in our Refund Policy.
10. Research-Only Notice
Products sold by PeptideProCanada are supplied solely for non-clinical laboratory
research by qualified facilities and trained personnel. Not for human or animal
consumption. Customers must be 21 years of age or older to order.
