Shipping & Returns
This page explains how orders from PeptideProCanada.com are processed and shipped within Canada, plus our reshipment and issue-resolution rules.
It applies together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Shipping Area & Origin
- All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
- We ship to Canadian addresses only (provinces and territories).
- Orders with non-Canadian shipping addresses are not accepted and may be cancelled.
2. Order Processing & Transit
- Orders are processed on business days.
- Processing time and carrier transit time vary by destination and service level selected at checkout.
- Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Flat Rate Shipping: $24.99 CAD.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $300 CAD (after discounts, before tax).
- Service options: Available services and rates are shown at checkout where applicable.
4. Carriers & Tracking
- We use tracked parcel services such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. The carrier may be selected at our discretion unless you choose a specific service at checkout.
- You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships (where tracking is available).
- A signature may be required for some orders at our discretion.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on the order.
- If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once a shipment is in transit.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or not being collected before the carrier deadline, the original shipment may be delayed.
Reshipment (returned-to-sender parcels): If a parcel is returned to us, you may request a reshipment for a flat $25 CAD fee (return processing and a new shipping label). Reshipment may not be available in all cases.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
Tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Check nearby delivery areas (mailroom/front desk/parcel room, where applicable).
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number for delivery details and claim options.
Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, delivery scans and routing are managed by the carrier.
We can provide order and shipment details to support carrier follow-up.
Tracking shows no updates for an extended period:
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
- We may open a carrier investigation and follow the carrier’s process based on their findings.
7. Delivery Retrieval
- You are responsible for retrieving your parcel after delivery or attempted delivery.
- For address restrictions, controlled access buildings, or shared parcel locations, confirm your delivery instructions and receiving procedures before ordering.
8. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Due to product integrity controls, all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping package and contents.
We review issues case-by-case. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit. For additional details, see the Refund Policy page.
9. Research-Only Reminder
Products sold on PeptideProCanada.com are supplied solely for non-clinical laboratory research by qualified facilities and trained personnel.
