This page explains how orders from PeptideProCanada.com are processed, shipped, and handled, including our returns and reshipment rules within Canada.

1. Shipping Area & Origin

  • All orders ship from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
  • We ship to Canadian addresses only (provinces and territories).
  • Orders with non-Canadian shipping addresses are not accepted and may be cancelled.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Typical timelines:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery: usually 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Peak periods, weather, and carrier delays can extend these timelines.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $24.99 CAD.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 CAD (after discounts, before tax).
  • Express Options: Express services may be available at checkout on select routes at an additional cost.

Any promotional shipping offers will be shown on the Site or at checkout.

4. Carriers & Tracking

  • We use tracked parcel services such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. The carrier is selected at our discretion.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • If you do not see a tracking email within 48 hours of the order shipping, check your spam folder and then contact us if needed.
  • A signature may be required for higher-value orders at our discretion.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address provided.
  • We can correct address errors before shipment if you contact us in time. After shipment, addresses cannot be changed.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or not being collected before the carrier’s deadline, the original items may have remained in the postal system longer than intended.

Reshipment option: If a parcel is returned to us, you may request a reshipment of the original order for a flat $25 CAD fee (covers return processing and a new shipping label). By requesting reshipment, you acknowledge the items experienced extended transit time and accept any associated risk.

6. Lost, Delayed or Stalled Shipments

Tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • First, check with neighbours, building management, or a front desk/parcel room.
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim.

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are scanned as delivered but cannot be located (theft, misdelivery, or similar issues).

Tracking shows no movement or scans for an extended period:

  • If your tracking shows no scans or movement for 10 business days, contact us with your order number.
  • We will open a carrier investigation and assist with next steps based on the carrier’s findings.

7. Temperature & Handling

  • Some research materials may be sensitive to heat or cold. We pack appropriately based on season and item type.
  • You are responsible for timely retrieval after delivery or attempted delivery.
  • You are responsible for storing products according to your own research protocols and institutional requirements.

PeptidePro Canada is not responsible for product degradation caused by delayed retrieval, improper storage, or handling after delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

We will review each case individually. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit. For more on our refund rules, see the Refund Policy page.
