This Refund Policy explains how PeptideProCanada.com handles returns, replacements, and refunds for research materials shipped within Canada.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind;
- Improper storage or handling after delivery;
- Dissatisfaction with research outcomes or interpretations of results;
- Any misuse or unintended application.
All products are sold for laboratory research use only by qualified individuals. Not for human consumption.
2. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item(s), contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

- Include your order number;
- Attach clear photos showing the problem;
- Add a short description of what is wrong (damage, missing item, wrong item, etc.).
We will review each case individually. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in limited situations at our discretion.
3. Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages
For shipping issues, this Refund Policy works together with the Shipping & Returns page.
In general:
- We are not responsible for packages that show as “delivered” in tracking but cannot be located (for example, theft or misdelivery).
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address, refusal, or non-collection, reshipment can be arranged at your expense as described on the Shipping & Returns page (flat reship fee and extended transit risk).
If your tracking shows no movement or scans for an extended period, refer to the Shipping & Returns page for the current process and contact us with your order number so we can open a carrier investigation.
4. No Refunds for Research Outcomes
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
- We do not guarantee any particular research result or experimental outcome.
- We do not provide refunds based on how a product performs in a specific experiment, study, or protocol.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If there is a problem with your order, contact us first so we can review and try to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider for issues covered by this Refund Policy (for example, buyer’s remorse, misuse, or incorrect address) may delay resolution and can affect your ability to order from us in the future.
