This Refund Policy explains how PeptideProCanada.com handles replacements, credits, and refunds for orders shipped within Canada.
This policy applies together with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns page.
1. All Sales Final
Due to product integrity controls, all sales are final, except where required by law.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect information entered at checkout (including address errors);
- Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned by a carrier due to delivery restrictions outside our control;
- Requests based on intended use, internal project expectations, or third-party interpretations.
Products sold on this Site are supplied solely for non-clinical laboratory research, analytical reference, and assay development by qualified facilities and trained personnel.
Not for human or animal consumption. Not for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
Note: Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

- Attach clear photos of the shipping package and contents;
- Add a short description of the issue (damaged, missing item, wrong item).
We review each case individually. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit.
Refunds are considered only in limited situations, at our discretion, and where permitted by law.
3. Shipping Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable)

In general:
- We are not responsible for orders that show as “delivered” in carrier tracking but cannot be located after delivery.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address, refusal, or non-collection, reshipment may be available at your expense as described on the Shipping & Returns page.
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We may assist with carrier follow-up based on the carrier’s process.
4. No Refunds Based on Intended Use
Products are supplied for non-clinical laboratory research use only. We do not provide refunds based on:
- your intended application;
- method selection or laboratory conditions;
- third-party opinions, comparisons, or interpretations.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If there is a problem with your order, contact us first so we can review it.
If a chargeback is filed, we may pause resolution steps while we respond through the payment provider’s process. Repeated disputes may affect future ordering.
