1. Eligibility & Research Use Only

Products sold on this Site are supplied solely for non-clinical laboratory research, analytical reference, and assay development by qualified facilities and trained personnel.

  • Not for human or animal consumption.
  • Not for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
  • Products must not be represented as intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Products must not be used in cosmetics, foods, supplements, or consumer products.
  • We sell and ship within Canada only.
  • You must be 21 years or older to place an order.

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm you meet the age requirement and will use products only within the scope above, in compliance with applicable requirements and your institution’s rules.

2. Orders, Payment & Shipping

  • All orders are subject to review and acceptance.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order (for example: incorrect information, stock limits, payment issues, or policy conflicts).
  • Orders ship after payment clears.
  • Prices are shown in CAD and may change. Availability may change without notice.
  • Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Product Information & COAs

  • Product pages may include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) where available.
  • COAs are provided for non-clinical research reference only and do not imply authorization for any human or animal use.
  • We may update product information, labels, images, or packaging details without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Products and access to the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We disclaim warranties and conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

5. Accuracy of Information

We aim for accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all Site content is error-free, complete, or current.
If we identify a clear error (for example: price or availability), we may correct it and cancel affected orders. If that happens, we will contact you with options.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to product integrity controls, all sales are final.

We consider replacements or credits only for issues such as:

  • Items received damaged, or
  • Incorrect items shipped.

If this happens:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the shipping package and contents.

7. Compliance & Prohibited Uses

You are responsible for:

  • Confirming that purchase, possession, transport, storage, and use comply with applicable requirements in your jurisdiction and your institution’s rules.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptidePro Canada, its owners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your purchase or use of products outside the scope described on this Site;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your failure to follow applicable requirements or institutional rules.

10. No Clinical Advice

Information on this Site is provided for non-clinical research context only. PeptidePro Canada does not provide instructions for use in humans or animals.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather or natural events;
  • Carrier or logistics disruptions;
  • Government actions or regulatory changes;
  • Supply chain interruptions;
  • Power, network, or platform outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

  • The latest version will appear on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
  • Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
